Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account dashboard. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Which tier includes consultations?
Only Expert includes consultation booking: one 60-minute session per calendar month.
What AI model powers the scoring?
The scoring engine uses a deterministic rule-based pass followed by Azure OpenAI semantic analysis calibrated against UK hiring patterns.
Is my CV data secure?
Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, kept within the UK and EEA under UK GDPR safeguards. You can export or delete all your data at any time under UK GDPR.
Can I get a refund?
Because the digital service starts immediately, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once your subscription begins. You can cancel future billing at any time, and your statutory rights if the service is faulty are unaffected.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier. Your data remains available unless you delete your account.
Does the Expert consultation roll over?
No. Expert includes one 60-minute consultation per calendar month, and unused sessions do not carry over.
